My husband loves trains and puzzles. It was a great gift idea until we opened it. Wood is glued in thin layers. and doesn't stick well. The whole panel was basically unusable because the layers of wood were no longer holding together. Unfortunately we started construction after my return window closed. UPDATE: I was able to contact customer service. They responded quickly and sent replacement parts. They came from China and took over a month to get here, but they were exactly the parts we needed.
