I recently moved and found that the instant read thermometer I always use broke during the move. Luckily I found that out before Thanksgiving and bought a Jandays Instant Read Meat Thermometer. I was a little nervous trying it for the first time for the most important meal of the year, but luckily it turned out great! I was able to test a few points on the turkey, knew when to take it out of the oven and it came out perfect!
