I bought 4 new 5 gallon Sparkletts pre-filled water bottles. As soon as I put the bottles on the rack, the factory caps on all 4 bottles are leaking. At first I didn't know why they were leaking as the bottles were lying in the same lying position in the store. But then I noticed that the metal bars of the rack are against the bottle. My guess is that the heavy weight of a 5 gallon water bottle is not evenly distributed across the rack. The rack's metal bars are pushed into the bottom of the bottle, creating pressure inside the bottle, which causes leaks. I even tried rotating the shelf 180 degrees but the bottles are still leaking.
