Review on 🦎 Reptile Thermometer with Alarm | Digital Hygrometer for Reptile Tanks & Terrariums by Amy Miller

Works well Best in Fish & Aquatic Pets so far

I bought these for my 40 gallon tank a few days ago. I have two young bearded dragons and need to maintain two different temperatures. The cool side stays warm within 70 degrees at night, and the sunbathing hotspot stays around 100 degrees during the day. So far these neat little gadgets are fine with me. I can track two temperatures in the terrarium. It's not difficult to program. Simply hold the set button until the red light turns on and off for two seconds and set the highest temperature. Then set the lowest temperature. Hit the set and you're done. It will beep when the temperature goes above or below the set temperature. The beep lasts only a few seconds and then flashes to let you know which one is too high or too low. Definitely recommended for use in terrariums. Note: My terrarium is DRY. I'm not sure how this will work in a HUMID environment. Everyone should try it themselves. Works great for me. I moistened my terrarium with a spray bottle and found the hygrometer to work well when wet. I wouldn't recommend submerging it in water, but it works fine when wet.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
