I love that I can get up and go to work in this wig. It was very easy to wash. I shampooed and did a deep conditioner. In the photos, the hair is in its natural state, dry and combed. The hair is a bit light and thin at the ends which is not my favorite hair type. I prefer heavy, thick and thick hair. But you can't beat the price for ease and style. It looks great top or bottom and looks even better when you add your own headband. I would give 5 stars but the back of the wig where it touches your neck is EXTREMELY itchy for me. I've been playing with it all day trying to find a way to stop it from itching. I also put it on when taking pictures and it immediately itched. You have to sow on some kind of cloth or something. There are short hairs along the back lining so I guess that's what makes it so itchy. You get what you pay for so can't complain too much. All of this saved lives. So I can wear them in the office and in business and my good wigs are safe and ready for the evening.
