I first bought one of these collars (blue) 10 years ago when my Aussie was growing to full size. When we got a new puppy a few months ago I bought another one because he was doing so well. This collar has been through 10 years of lakes, fights, walks, wrestling, kids, chewing, camping, mud, woods, lots of baths and anything else you can think of in a dog. This collar survived everything, even without a seam. Edge tears or fraying. Even the color stayed the same. The only signs of wear are the brass finish on the hardware that has worn away in places and the dent that the hole has been used to mount from all these years.
