Works great! best in my review

I purchased this for my daughter to use for her 2nd grade year in school. She loved it and took it with her everyday she went to school. She never left it at home. She stayed in her seat during class.

Pros

Can be used to prevent back pain and discomfort

Cons

Could be troublesome for individuals with anxiety or panic disorders

I sit on this at work & it helps me sit correctly as I start to slump in my chair as time goes by. I am also able to do some core "work" while sitting at my desk!
