Review on Falken Wildpeak AT3W Terrain Radial by Josh Jeffries

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Surprisingly good at a good price

I've always been a Michelin fan and didn't want to switch brands but Michelin don't make a similar tread pattern for my truck. A friend who KNOWS and sells tires pointed this out to me. I bought them (I have 20" rims on my Ram) and have been very pleasantly surprised so far. They handle like a Michelin (clear handling), they handle just as well in the rain as a Michelin, they have very little Road noise. , they have the same long mileage warranty, they cost MUCH less, and they handle the dirt I have to ride off-road quite well in. Although we don't have a lot of snow where I live in the Pacific Northwest, we get some, and Whilst it will be interesting to see how they do this I have no doubt they will perform very well they are also very easy to balance if they are last like Michelin I will be returning to Falken from now on. - I'm impressed!UPDATE 3/19: We had the 100th anniversary of the winter event a few weeks ago and I (unfortunately) found out how these tires behave in the snow: they are possibly the best I've ever b and I grew near the Great Lakes where we had lake effect blizzards so I know what deep snow is like. They are dressed in a way that far exceeds my expectations. My friend in the tire business is absolutely right about these tires and I am very happy to have them on my truck.
