The fan works better than the original.
The fan runs better and is quieter than the original fan. Easy installation. Took about an hour to install and I'm 70 years old and don't fit well under the dash. The young man should be much easier. The only issue I had was that the wire grommet was installed backwards. I haven't changed it because it looks like it will work just as well as it is. If this becomes a problem I can cut the wires, remove the grommet and reinstall properly.
