Great for the gym - my new review
Before that, my legs (and calves and knees and hips!) never liked "bare” shoes. But it's amazing. I always thought I needed more support (because I basically don't have arches). BUT the grippy sole gives my feet much better grip for deadlifts, squats, etc. And with such a thin profile, they don't get in the way when maneuvering on and off equipment. I don't know if I'll use them outdoors as I'm a bit of a wimp. However, I am so pleased with them that I bought a pair in a different color.
- I love that it keeps my feet neutral on the ground. Doesn't slip.
- Shoes can cause blisters
