I got this and would give it 5 stars as I have 7 ceiling fans which are mostly bigger than me. I had to use a step stool. I'm Disabled Overall, I was delighted with the length and overall performance of the product! Well it doesn't say twist or twist so I tried my best but one of the parts of the mount came loose meaning that when I started twisting it harder it seemed torn so I'll ask for one ask replacement. thing, but I won't return it! Overall it's solid, it did the job of a ceiling fan, worked on other items I've tried it on so I gave it 4 stars as I love this product so much I will love it even more after I got a replacement!
