I like that you can easily add new content to your wiki at any time, but also know when it was last updated! A bit pricey - not much different than other wikis out there (such as Google docs) if price isn't an issue for your organization. We use Teampage primarily during our weekly meetings with clients/customers where we discuss their current projects & issues. This has helped us make sure everyone knows what each person's responsibilities are so no one feels "invisible" while helping ensure project success.
