I've had this for about a month and it's been a fun challenge to find a use for it. you had to watch like a hawk, and yet something went wrong. Since there isn't much space in the kitchen, I was intrigued by the deep fryer option it has. After using both the air fryer and pressure cooker for about a month, I love this handy gadget and would love to learn more about what you can do with it. The documents provided did not help with learning or inspiration. And I have trouble with the top of the fryer not staying down during use. I attached it with rubber bands around the handles. From what I've grilled with it, it does a great job. It's best not to clean up the oil splatters on my stove later. As for the quick cook option, it took me some training to get it right. I understand that it won't open unless the pressure is sufficiently relieved because I sometimes forget before trying to turn the lid. Overall, like a spoon, I find it very useful in the kitchen. I would like additional accessories and what I couldn't change while cooking so I don't have to pause for the food to cool enough to clean and reuse. I really need to increase my knowledge of how to use this.
