I like that you can create your own profiles, which also helps me keep track of my clients more easily than other programs out there. It has made managing client relationships easier since we are able to get real-time reports from them in order to ensure they have everything necessary to stay compliant with regulations such as HIPPA or PCI DSS requirements. The program does not seem intuitive at first so it takes some time before users become familiar enough to use this software effectively. We've been using flaps mainly because we were dealing specifically with healthcare compliance issues but when looking into new business opportunities, will definitely look deeper into its capabilities!
