Description of Flaps

Flaps is an insight engine for companies willing to overcome information chaos. Flaps automatically extracts and indexes insights from non-structured data (including videos) from almost any data source. It is built on top of existing file systems such OneDrive, Google Drive, Sharepoint or Confluence, so companies do not need to replace any of their tools. It can be delivered as a SaaS product or deployed on-premise. Powered by AI and NLP, Flaps is able to understand the key information of any document and automatically detects names of people, dates, laws, products, organizations, quantities, etc.. Thanks to the out-of-the-box semantic search, users can search for internal company's information by using natural language queries. Sice Flaps also cuts all the information into paragraph, users do not only find the document they are looking for, but the exact paragraph in the document, containing the information they were looking for.

A great collaborative platform for teams to use and is accessible anywhere

I like that it can be used both as internal tool, but also externally with our customers so we don't lose data or miss important opportunities during conversations! It's not perfect though - at times you have difficulty finding what info/data might exist in one place vs another (especially if there are multiple people involved) which leads me into my next point; sometimes when trying find something within its search function results will take longer than expected because of how often different…

Fantastic Tool for Digital Marketing Insights

The platform was simple, easy-to-use & understand! It's so easy with this website that we are managing our marketing activities just from one place - this works very well in terms of managing budgets or getting ideas which really should be prioritized now - it helps us decide what campaigns to launch first (when our budget permits). Easy and straight forward ETL for big volumes

I like that it can be used at different levels of complexity, from simple queries up through full-fledged reports with filters etc., all without having any knowledge about programming or SQL! This makes using this tool extremely easy even if you're not familiar in those areas yet - just give them your data sources (CSV files) as input parameters/variables; they will take care off everything else so far as possible :) The only downside would probably being able't save some more complex output…

Great Data Analytics Tool for Internal Use

I like that it's easy, intuitive & quick in finding what you're looking for! The ability of searching by date range makes this tool great when trying to find trends or historical data within your organization. It would be nice if there was more granularity with dates such as month/year instead just day-month year format - but overall its still very useful especially since we are able to search so many different fields at once (including custom ones). Great Solution for Compliance Tracking

I like that you can create your own profiles, which also helps me keep track of my clients more easily than other programs out there. It has made managing client relationships easier since we are able to get real-time reports from them in order to ensure they have everything necessary to stay compliant with regulations such as HIPPA or PCI DSS requirements. The program does not seem intuitive at first so it takes some time before users become familiar enough to use this software effectively…
