I like that it can be used both as internal tool, but also externally with our customers so we don't lose data or miss important opportunities during conversations! It's not perfect though - at times you have difficulty finding what info/data might exist in one place vs another (especially if there are multiple people involved) which leads me into my next point; sometimes when trying find something within its search function results will take longer than expected because of how often different sites link together meaning more steps needed before getting where i want too! Great product overall however this could possibly improve by allowing greater customisation options regarding layout etc.. We're using flap internally primarily through sales meetings / calls & amp external mainly via webinars hosted online from time-to-time.- tracking progress towards targets set out each quarter,- ensuring all staff understand their role across business objectives-, reporting KPIs back.
