I like that it can be used at different levels of complexity, from simple queries up through full-fledged reports with filters etc., all without having any knowledge about programming or SQL! This makes using this tool extremely easy even if you're not familiar in those areas yet - just give them your data sources (CSV files) as input parameters/variables; they will take care off everything else so far as possible :) The only downside would probably being able't save some more complex output formats but maybe there's something out already which does what we need? We use flapes mostly when doing quick exploratory analysis before writing our own reporting tools instead ;-) So yes definitely try these guys first because their customer support has been great thusfar!!
