To this day I am satisfied with this product. After preparing the chili, I set the slow cooker on "warm" for 2 hours so it would be ready for my husband when he got home. I was sitting in another room when I suddenly heard a loud TRACK. I ran into the kitchen, fell down and saw that the glass lid was completely broken. Not only that, the food was easily over 200 degrees. It overheated so much that the sides were burned. This happened within 20 minutes of turning on the multicooker. Be careful with this product, it is defective!
