I like that we were able to customize our own platform with many features for managing our customer’s data assets (both structured and unstructured). The learning curve is steep. You will need to have coding experience if you want to learn how to use it effectively. If you don't code or haven't been doing so much lately then this might be difficult to figure out at first. It's easy to use but it also has some advanced functionality which can be confusing at times. In one year of working with them they had developed an app called 'The Source' designed specifically for their clients who are mostly financial companies. This allowed us access to all of their customers account info via API without having to go through each individual client directly.
