Works great and blends easily into my thinning hair.
I have very thin hair and earlier adhesive beads or crimp beads without a silicone pad were pulled out of my hair or caused them to tear. I've had them for over a month and only two pulled out on their own. I also removed some hair as my hair grew back and the process seemed very easy to me; much easier than other glue or beads I've used. The color goes well with my dark blonde/light brown hair.
