We thought our computer tops were ruined when the plastic covers were removed. We tried every cleaner and polish we could find and nothing restored the finish. The furniture salesman said it was because we put plastic on the countertops. I applied a small amount to see what the result would be like and saw the glow return immediately. I ended up applying two coats because I wanted to protect the surface. Now they look better than new. I'm still shocked at the difference. It was easy enough to apply. Follow the directions to apply in a circular motion without rubbing too hard. It was even easier to apply the top coat. It forgives. I started applying another coat on a side that wasn't completely dry. I managed to reapply a little in a circular motion and it all disappeared instantly. It also covered minor scratches and stains. I am completely convinced of this product.
