I ordered both 5" and 3.5". I have further sharpened them with a wet stone to make the razor blade even sharper and these knives are a pleasure to use. Cuts veggies with so little effort per slice that I enjoy doing things I used to be afraid to do. The knives are beautiful and hold their edge well. Overall it's a great price and I'm happy with the performance and how they look in my kitchen! I sent back another pair of knives I bought from Revain for the same amount of money which was advertised as Damascus steel but clearly had a laser engraved finish and I felt cheated. I used credit for this knife and it matches the ad! A very happy homemaker. I bought a smaller one right after that.
