I really like the size of the clock, and I love the size of the numerals. However, when the description described it as "plug in" I expected to get a cord AND a transformer/adapter. However, this clock does NOT come with the transformer/adapter. I found the instructions difficult to understand; it's not clear how to turn OFF the alarm. I thought I did but of course the alarm went off at the appointed hour even though I did not intend for it to be set. Additionally, for the clock that I received, the backup battery did not work so when I unplugged the phone to move it, I had to completely reset all the settings. Yes, it comes with 2 USB stations to plug in your phone; however, what's the point if you don't even get the transformer/adapter? My phone came with one, so why do I even need the USB port on the clock? Lastly, I felt that the clock was almost too light-weight, meaning it wouldn't take much for it to topple over, especially with the way the cord plugs into the clock itself.I don't think the price of the clock is commensurate with what you get (not a great value for my money). Perhaps if the clock came with a transformer/adapter, it might be worth it but as it is, you get very little for the $20 that you pay for it.
