Review on Forza Motorsport 5 Day One Edition: Unleash Your Racing Passion from Day One! by Dedra Block

This game is amazing. Great looking cars, great progression (so far) and Cloud Drivatara aren't really that different. Disable all bonus settings like ABS and auto steering and it's really difficult (especially if you don't have a steering wheel). Other than that, this is a great game. I just don't like microtransactions. How should you pay for already created game content? Car packs (10 car winches each) cost $10 and offer more cars, but not always better ones. A number of cars were released on launch day, how is it really? So I spent $60 on the game and you're not saying I have to spend an extra $10 or $50 (the season pass sucks ($10 off!)) to get the full game? Things like that annoy me. While it's a good game (as far as racing goes) don't make me pay $110 for a game. Buy this game to show off the 1080p graphics (Winch isn't much better) and don't settle for those microtransactions unless you REALLY love this game. Great game if you only buy the basic version. 2 years from now, when Forza 7 comes out, you still won't care. You pay the same amount for this game for 300 cars as you did for 60 cars in Forza 5. However, I have to be clear that I love this game and it was worth the $60 I spent on it. Very fun (or challenging depending on your settings) and vastly improved over any other racing game I've bought before.
