I bought this to evaluate the scan ability for the new super simplified MRP/Inventory system. The product worked mostly out of the box, but I had a problem adding CR/LF at the end of each scan. I've used the attached documentation but to no avail. So I contacted support via email - after hours. Dan got back to me about 5 minutes later. He called me on my cell phone. He figured it out and emailed me a solution with very detailed instructions, which only took about 3 minutes. Now it works great. Absolutely incredible support that was very unexpected and amazing! Other things I like: - Powerful USB charging cable. They know full well that they are used commercially. Ergonomics. Very comfortable to hold - Switchable vibration, beeps to confirm code scans - Affordable price so I can get more scanners in the shop. Thanks very much!
