I have never been treated like this! I had the best customer experience. They are so quick to respond, incredibly helpful, so kind and knowledgeable, I will definitely be buying from this company again. In the last 20 years customer service has been reduced in this country but there is hope, finding people who care about their jobs and their customers is a good feeling. Great product, incredible support!

I bought this to evaluate the scan ability for the new super simplified MRP/Inventory system. The product worked mostly out of the box, but I had a problem adding CR/LF at the end of each scan. I've used the attached documentation but to no avail. So I contacted support via email - after hours. Dan got back to me about 5 minutes later. He called me on my cell phone. He figured it out and emailed me a solution with very detailed instructions, which only took about 3 minutes. Now it works great…

Good scanner, EXCELLENT technical support

We bought this scanner to scan the ISBNs of our large personal library and upload them to LibraryThing in bulk. It serves that purpose well; It's easy to hold, fast to scan, and has a very long battery life (we've had it for a week now and haven't charged it yet).
