Excellent wear resistance for a summer sandal and he seems more comfortable in these sandals than any closed shoes I've bought him. They overdid it a bit, he wears a 6.5 and I bought a 6 and he still has room to grow. It has skinny legs for a toddler, but thanks to the adjustable straps, it fits any width. I bought these and a pair of tennis shoes at the same time, he wears them the same and the shoes look worn and the Teva ones look almost new it's crazy. There are also no issues with wiping the straps, even straight out of the box. Seriously, the best shoes I've ever bought him (in 2.5 years of his life).
