Insert the key fob just in case and it blocks the signal completely. I won't be completely scolding it as it is very well made, beautiful and durable. Maybe they will redesign it and make more ports or holes in and around it to allow the signal to go out. But so far completely useless. I'll try drilling holes in the case to see if I can get a signal. But I know it just won't look good after I do it. Sending it back is too hassle, so that's it. Doesn't work either way. Lol, it's actually a metal case. Need more ports. It's like not having cellphone reception in a house with a metal roof. You come to the window and are served. The same concept.
