Review on 🔴 VAV 1875w Powerful Negative Ion Hair Dryer – Professional Ceramic Far Infrared Blow Dryer with Cool Shot Button and Concentrator – Red (red) by Keegan Hillyer

I first bought this hair dryer a little over 2 years ago to replace a worn Revlon hair dryer that was around 15 years old. I was disappointed that I only got a few years of this supposedly better dryer. Decided to take a risk and order another one. Mistake! When I first turned it on the fan blades were obviously hitting something as it was making a rapid rattle/click. Before I could turn it off, it spat out a piece of plastic about 3/4 inch long that was colored red, just like the dryer. I turned it back on to see if it would work fine with the broken piece of plastic. It started smelling like burnt wires and then the smoke alarm in my apartment went off. Also, it was poorly packaged for shipping. The dryer was placed in the original packaging (no shipping) in a shipping carton with a layer of bubble wrap, a type of packaging with very large individual cells. The cells that sat on top of the inner box were flattened and offered no protection, just a little padding at either end of the box—there was nothing underneath. The inner carton was loose and rattling in the outer shipping carton, which may have contributed to the dryer failure.
