I've been keeping tanks for 30 years, I've used every test kit available, the cheapest is the Freshmaster API test kit. Other strips I've tried were at best 75% dosing or taking. These stripes are just awful! 1. no ammonia test. Which many manufacturers also do not include. Surprising why "Biggest Fish Killer" isn't included, but hey, they have a chlorine test, which doesn't matter since you'll need to use a water dechlorinator like Seachem Prime anyway. So they check other parameters, but as you can see from the photo, they are everywhere! 4 tests of the same tank in a row! How can you even try to read? Tried other stripes in my other 3 tanks got the same colors which are very very wrong! I checked my faucet, same checked bottled water. Yes, looks the same! This company offers test strips for humans, I just hope these products are much more reliable than the ones they use for fish! In short, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO KEEP THE FISH ALIVE. I highly recommend Test Master API Liquid is way better than any strips.
