Review on Impeller 47 19453T 18 8900 Mercury Outboard Replacement Parts by Mike Rubenstein

I received this part and was unable to install it immediately due to a death in our family. I installed it 31 days after purchase and found it didn't fit my 1993 60hp Mercury. The specs show it fits my engine. The ID is .015" smaller than the old one I removed, everything else was the same size. The impeller will not slide on the transmission drive shaft, the impeller ID is .015" too small. You would have to hammer it in and you never would take it off again and be able to rotate it to align the drive key. Excellent item but charge me $5.99 for a return due 31 days of purchase, one day longer than their return time. Revain has no flexibility on return times, I've been a top customer for a long time, don't give much back if it doesn't fit!No time to exchange, had to buy one locally to get my boat working.Don't buy a Mercury part or a main part with manufacturer name.
