Broken toothbrush heads.
Toothbrush heads don't quite fit on the handle. The gap is too big. If you push the crown down, it works as it should. I have 2 settings and the slower setting doesn't work at all. I think it's because the connection isn't tight enough. I've tried more than one head and they still don't work. The return period has expired and I have to buy the heads again. Not happy with it ๐
