The product was received within a day of purchase, fast and quality service. The product is exactly as described and almost easy to use. It's always difficult to measure and cut things like this, but basically this one doesn't crease when used as intended. By using a small amount of soapy water before applying to the surface as directed, film movement can be evened out if needed. Using a squeegee or plastic spatula to squeeze out any trapped water/moisture around the edges and using a towel (paper will do) to dry the excess around the edges seems to work for me. Please note: The design is great, I like it and looks great on the window, but it should be noted that it's not exactly visually blocking, it has very clear patterns that allow you to see in or out when you get close enough. Correction: I suppose if someone uses a very simple frosty texture (not a theme) on the outside of the window, this will prevent someone from actually looking in or out, or it can be used vice versa if someone needs the texture. be visible from the outside of the window, if required. It's a double duty though, so it works well for me on second floor windows without me having to worry about it. This product is narrow and I have found some to be as wide as 36 inches with different patterns which may be from the same company but this product can be used to cover large areas as the pattern repeats over and over.
