Mounted on a 35ft rack I had pretty good internet for the first two days then the internet went away. After that everything was unstable. Then it started blinking showing the oscillation which is an interference between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier. A vertical separation of 35 feet was made, which is more than the 20 feet required. I removed the booster even further, the vibrations stopped. The next day the hesitation again, this time I wanted a bigger gap and the hesitation stopped. Hesitation again the next day, now it needed more separation, oh my god I'm sick of it! It was too much to call normal! Anyway, it's not. The display showed download speeds of 35 to 50 Mbit/s and 10 dbi gain, although I didn't get any dialing speed at all! The display just lied. I called the company to see if they could help sort it out but no one picks up, just dead, you get redirected to your voicemail box, says it's full then dials again. The robot will tell you no one is there, leave a message, then it will tell you again that the voicemail box is full and continue. Then I wrote an email to their technical support. no answer, no one answered. what do you do in this case I doubt they could do anything at all because I know where all my turrets are, where to aim etc. and at first it worked wonders, but then everything just fell apart, the performance of the vise only deteriorated. daily, no more adjustments working, we haven't tried all the towers we have, there's just nothing! So what to do in this case? Pack up and go back, and no HiBoost, of course. I'll look elsewhere for more reliable hardware, not just looks. Please note I bought NEW and it was still a mess.
