At first the pen seemed like a good choice. One of the reasons we bought the pet playpen, however, was its perceived portability. After all, the word "Folding” appears in the description. I may be a complete idiot, but folding the pen and putting it back in its original box proved difficult at best. even after somewhat cryptic image-based instructions and appropriate folding to images. Worse, when folding one of the support wires/plastic rods/something else broke in half. and we did not try to force the issue. We just tried to follow the instructions/pictures to the best of our ability (which clearly wasn't enough). Perhaps there is a secret in the folding process that was not revealed to us in the instructions or anywhere else in the folding process. Nothing about the folding process warranted calling the product easy to fold. Easy to set up, safe, but not so easy to fold up and put back in the carrying case. Maybe a one star rating is too harsh, but folding the pen and putting it back in the carrying case was very frustrating. and then break. ok, i'll leave one star in. We now have a broken Zampa Pet 45" foldable playpen. I assume it will fold a little easier next time due to the broken support? If you put it in your tote bag, you can add some extra stars. If you want a cloth mesh handle that you want to fold up and take with you, maybe you should look elsewhere Not satisfied with the product.
