I have mixed opinions on this. On the one hand, it dissolves well, fills me up and has all the necessary nutritional properties for my purposes. I consider it good quality. On the other hand, the taste (cake batter) is so incredibly brutally sweet that I can hardly stand it. I mix it with triple the amount of water I need and still the sweetness is unbearable. I hope I can swallow the rest of the glass, but it won't be easy. I can't eat chocolate so my tastes are limited. I generally like cake batter flavored ice cream so I decided to try this one. I will not buy it again.
