I trust Potauto replacement filters. I have bought them for many of my cars and they have always worked very well. I recently purchased a MAP 6008 filter for my 2017 Ford Escape SE. I found the Potauto filter to be perfect, even better than the one installed at my Ford dealer. However, the original motor filter has a small rubber tab at 6 o'clock that fits into a groove in the bottom of the motor filter housing, presumably to prevent the filter from rotating. The Potauto filter doesn't have this protrusion, which I thought was a problem, but it fits the case bay better than the original. In fact, I couldn't reinstall the original engine air filter, so I was grateful to have a Potauto filter on hand to replace it with. The Potauto air filter fits so snugly into the body that I can't imagine it actually needing a rubber tab to stay in place.
