Electronics burned out at night and the load was only a few hundred milliamperes. This device has been in continuous use for less than 6 months, so I cannot recommend it for serious use. Update: I took it apart and did a little research on the failure mode. The output is always zero. Absolutely nothing seems to be driving the load, regardless of input to the solar terminals or battery. To make matters worse the battery was quite drained as it had dropped to 11.5V when I noticed the failure this morning. It could have caused a deep discharge if I hadn't noticed it right away. In fact, spend a little more for something more reliable than this POS.
