Review on ACDelco Professional 18M826 Brake Master Cylinder Assembly: Superior Performance and Reliability by Michael Shim

The perfect spot for Jeep TJ owners! I ordered this master cylinder to replace a weak factory TJ block and what a beast it is. I can finally stop rolling 35″ tires and even lock up if necessary, which just wasn't possible before. Installing this master cylinder took a bit of work to get it in place, but it bolts to the factory TJ brake booster. The brake lines leading to the metering valve had to match and the piston in the brake booster had to be removed and replaced with a class 8 bolt about 1 inch longer. I found a direct match in ACE devices while rummaging through trash cans. For each elevated TJ this should be stated on your installation.
