So I'm new to weighted crochet. I didn't know there were different sizes of crochet thread until I bought a crochet thread that was probably a size 20 or 30! I used it for my first crochet project and it was a mess. So I got this thread hoping it would be easier to work with, and it's a lot easier! But it's a lot harder than I expected! I think it would be perfect for napkins, as another reviewer mentioned, or napkins. Maybe not so much for wearables. I'm currently using it to make a scarf, so maybe some fabric softener would help? I am not sure. As said, i am new to crocheting. In one of the pictures I show the difference between the smaller knitting yarn I received (size not listed) and this yarn. I really think this strand, this reel, or whatever you want to call it, could use more footage. Maybe it doesn't have larger footage because it's meant for small projects.
