Refund and switch to another brand. These mounts are smaller than the factory mounts and the screws are only partially threaded (about 1.5 inches) so you can't get a secure fit in positions 2 and 3 with the included screws (we didn't get position 1 and position 4 was doubtful). ) as the threads on the bolts end before they are tightened to "clamp" the frame tongue. We tried working with Daystar but their only suggestion was to use factory hardware (factory screws are fully threaded). If they expect people to use all or most of the factory gear, why would they sell something that claims to be a complete kit? Additionally, even if you were using factory gear, the difference in sizing and construction compared to factory gear would still result in a sloppy fit. I will say that the tech support people were very nice and tried to help, but there isn't that much great tech support that can get two incompatible parts to work together. I don't like giving bad reviews unless I feel entitled to do so, but unless a company spends a few cents more per screw to include fully threaded screws, I simply cannot recommend the product or the company.
