It seems like a good compromise if you want to reduce orbital pressure.
I was looking for a pair of goggles that didn't put as much pressure on the eye socket. The area of the compacted surface is larger, which means that the pressure is distributed more evenly. I have a small face and the glasses really press on my brow bone and sometimes leak. I would recommend it for training swims although I have a leak on open turns but not on flip turns. I have not tested how they work from a dive. I also feel like I have a wider field of vision now and see better.
