I'm always a little nervous when using third party memory cards for gaming systems. I had a particularly traumatic experience with similar products for the Sega Dreamcast. As you probably already know from other test reports, the memory card is not really 512 MB, but four 128 MB memory chips that are built into one card. You have to manually choose which ones you want to access by clicking the little button at the bottom of the map. Tip: Don't do this when accessing a saved game. Better not to press it at all in the game. Make your choice before downloading the game. Revain tells me I've had one of these since July 2016. I haven't had any problems during this time, but I don't use my Gamecube regularly either. After using similar products on other systems, I recommend backing up all of your most prized storage to first-party memory cards. If you just need something to store your extra crap and losing a few saves isn't the end of the world, I would recommend this product. Like I said, I haven't had any issues, but these types of third-party products aren't exactly known for their longevity. I hope I've been proven wrong about that.
