Good shoes for the money, I've had better but more expensive. My feet are a size 11 and I take wide (11W). Most stores only sell medium (11 million) if you can find any. This shoe is one of the few that I have found to be "almost" the right fit for my feet. For most shoes, the width is measured just in front of the arch of the foot, for them, the width is measured closer to the toes. I find shoe sizing "crazy" in the sense that the width is "aa" or "6" or "?" and not measured in inches ie 4.25". Also note that thumb and pinky toe are outside of normal measurement ranges, so even measuring from pinky toe to edge of foot the thumb can be outside of that measurement eg 4.25 actually 4.35 Long story short my left big toe rubbing I have no idea of durability as I've only ridden a few miles in it.
