I have ordered three safes and you cannot use the alarm on any of them.

The alarm on all three safes I bought are broken. I sent one back. I kept the other two but I don't know how to get compensation for this problem. They should have a lifetime guarantee. I want to call the number to report my problem because I needed this safe first because of the alarm clock.
