I have had a Farberware egg slicer for over 20 years. I thought I would switch to stainless steel this time, but that was a mistake. Used once and in the trash. It's very narrow making it difficult to turn the egg and doesn't produce the small cubes I bought it for. I spent over 10 minutes using a toothpick to scoop an egg white out of rolled steel. The water pressure is not enough to clean it and the gap is so deep I could never be sure I would pull out all the crushed eggs. In my opinion this is a flawed and dangerous design and unusable. Waste of my time and money. I can use the knife faster and more safely.
