Not recommended for PTZ camera
A new PTZ camera connected, I could see but none of the PTZ functions worked. At first I thought something was wrong with the new camera, then I tried the cable on another camera, the result is the same. When removing the external cable and connecting the external cable, everything worked as it should. Conclusion: The cable loses a lot of tension due to length and quality. A thicker cable would most likely be the answer.
