Extremely disappointed with E3D

It was an exceptionally awful experience given the expectation of an improvement over cheap Chinese. I had this guy seep back through the currents when heated, which ended up being more than a test cube. Tried swapping out the heater block for a better one I had from e3d (copper) - same thing. I turn to the Chinese copy - it works fine. In general, after 2 months of fighting e3d products (this one and just a separate block) and their fakes - I refuse to get decent quality prints and go back to Microswiss - it scores, yes, but I prefer to delog than spending endless hours tweaking the settings and still getting junk surfaces.
