Review on Troy Lee Designs Protective Short L Sports & Fitness and Cycling by Joseph Adaymiln

I bought this 5605 because I bought the 4600 the week before The 4600's are really good and very protective but they don't have suede built in so they're back. I chose the 5605 because it has soft suede, but I'm very disappointed that the thigh and thigh padding are useless. I put them on, put my finger in my thigh and felt that there was nothing on my finger at all. I can't imagine hitting the ground like I do when mt. Cycle. I will continue my search for comfortable, protective suede mountain bike pants. These pants got a 2 out of 3.
