They have been great to work with from day one! I never felt like they didn't really care about what we were trying accomplish or that our needs weren’t met once it was all said an done. The team has gone above & beyond in every way possible for us as clients (it doesn’t stop there). Their service level agreements are very clear upfront of expectations but also leave room if needed for adjustments along the way. 100% transparency at any given time during project life cycle. Never had issues where something came up after implementation which required additional fees. We've worked together now since early 2017 when this contract began so far nothing bad can be mentioned by either party at this point. Great relationship overall between both parties - always willing help/assistance without hesitation.
